Fire stations, shopping plazas, condo towers, offices and city buildings. Our own lifts, our own crews, and a schedule your tenants can live with.
Eagle Painting spent decades as a government painting contractor before homeowners found us. Fire stations, lifeguard towers, veterans memorials, aquatic centers, water treatment tanks, parks pavilions, a rainbow crosswalk in Wilton Manors. Municipal work runs on bid specs, safety plans, insurance certificates and hard deadlines, and you either meet them or you stop getting the calls. We kept getting the calls.
That discipline is what commercial property owners in Fort Lauderdale get from us: a written scope, a crew that shows up in uniform on the day we said, our own boom and scissor lifts so nothing waits on a rental yard, and one phone number in the office that a real person answers.

These are real jobs, with photos on this page and more on our home page gallery:
Property managers can call the office for references on any of them.
For associations, we will come to the board meeting, walk through the scope and the color options, and answer the questions the members actually have: how long each building is disrupted, where the lifts park, what happens to landscaping, and what the warranty covers. A repaint done our way, two coats of a premium product on a properly washed and primed surface, should hold up for eight to ten years on a Broward building, and we stand behind the workmanship.

Scope. We walk the property with you or your manager and write a scope that lists every surface, the prep, the products and the coats. If you have a spec from an engineer or the association, we bid to it.
Schedule. You get a sequence by building, bay or floor with dates. Occupied buildings get night or weekend crews where needed. We coordinate parking, tenant notices and access with your office.
Safety and paperwork. Certificates of insurance naming your entity, lift operators trained on our own equipment, cones, caution tape and a clean site every night. Government jobs get whatever the contract requires, and we have done enough of them to know what that means.
One contact. Julie in our office. She answers the phone, and Jack Sr. or Ryan is on the site.
The Broward County contractor licensing page is where any owner can verify a painting contractor's license and insurance, and we encourage it.
Commercial buildings in South Florida do not need a repaint every year, but they do need a wash. Mildew on a north wall, tire marks on a parking deck, gum on a walkway, salt on a beachfront facade. We run a pressure cleaning and soft wash crew that handles walls, sidewalks, parking lots and roofs, and we can put a property on a schedule so the repaint lasts its full life. Ask for a maintenance quote with the painting estimate.
Yes. We sequence by bay, floor or building, work nights and weekends where the business needs it, and keep entrances open. Most of our plaza and office work happens with tenants operating.
Yes. We own boom lifts and scissor lifts, so multi-story work does not wait on a rental and the operators are our own trained employees.
It was the bulk of our business for decades. Fire stations, parks, memorials, aquatic centers, tanks and towers. We know the bid process, the specs and the paperwork.
Yes. Send the spec and we price to it line by line, with the products named.
Yes, naming your entity as required, before the first day on site.
Call (954) 466-0486 or use the form on the home page. We walk the property, then send a written scope and price. For HOAs we can present to the board.
