Fresh walls without living in a construction zone. We sequence the rooms, pick the finish with you, protect everything, and leave the house cleaner than we found it.
Outside, paint fights the weather. Inside, it fights fingerprints, kids, dogs, kitchen grease and the sun that comes through every south window in Broward. The difference between a room that still looks new in five years and one that looks tired in two is almost never the color. It is the prep, the finish, and whether the person cutting in the ceiling line had a steady hand.
Eagle Painting has painted the inside of Fort Lauderdale condos, Plantation family homes, Weston estates and a long list of offices and city buildings for over 35 years. Our painters are employees, not a crew we found for the week, and the same supervisor walks the job with you at the start and the end.
A customer wrote that we "understand how to pick the right finish, matte, satin and so on. It took the guess work out of it for me and elevated the look of my home." That is the part most painters skip. We do it on every estimate.

Homeowners spend weeks on the color and thirty seconds on the sheen. Then they wonder why the hallway shows every scuff or the bathroom ceiling has mildew spots by summer. Sheen is the durability setting.
Flat or matte hides wall imperfections and looks rich, and it is the right call for ceilings and low-traffic bedrooms. Eggshell is the workhorse for living rooms and hallways: a little washability without the shine. Satin goes in kitchens, bathrooms, kids' rooms and anywhere with a dog. Semi-gloss is for trim, doors and cabinets. In a Florida bathroom with a shower, we use a moisture-resistant product regardless of sheen.
We bring Sherwin-Williams fan decks and real drawdowns, not a phone screen, and we will tell you when a color that looks great in a Weston model home will read cold in a north-facing Coral Springs living room. Their color tools are a fine place to start; the estimate visit is where it gets decided.

Most interior jobs happen with the family home. We plan for that. A typical three-bedroom repaint in Sunrise or Davie runs two to four days. We do bedrooms one at a time so you always have a place to sleep, keep one bathroom usable, and paint kitchens early in the day so they are dry by dinner. Low-odor, low-VOC paint is standard, which matters in a house with a baby or someone with asthma.
Condos in Fort Lauderdale add elevator reservations, association work hours and hallway protection. We have done enough of them along A1A and the Intracoastal to handle the paperwork before the first can of paint comes up.
Occupied offices, medical suites and city buildings get night or weekend crews when that is what the business needs. See commercial painting.

Interior pricing is mostly labor, so it tracks the amount of surface and the amount of prep. A single room with sound walls and one color is a small job. A whole house with ceilings, trim, doors and a color change from dark to light is a bigger one because everything takes two coats and the trim is slow, careful work.
Things that raise the price: popcorn or textured ceilings, tall foyers that need scaffold, heavy patching, wallpaper removal, more than three colors, and cabinets (which are priced as their own project). Things that lower it: empty rooms, one color throughout, and doing the whole house at once instead of one room every few months.
You get one written estimate that lists rooms, surfaces, products and sheens. No allowances, no "we'll see when we get there." If we find something during prep, like a water leak behind a stain, we stop and show you before we paint over it.
A typical three-bedroom home takes two to four days with one crew. A single room is usually one day. Kitchens with cabinets and homes with two-story foyers take longer because of the drying and scaffold time.
No. We paint room by room, keep a bedroom and bathroom usable at all times, and use low-odor paint. Most families stay home for the whole job.
Eggshell for most living areas, satin for kitchens, bathrooms and kids' rooms, flat for ceilings and formal rooms. We go through it with you at the estimate so every room gets the right one.
Yes. Cabinets are cleaned, degreased, sanded, bond-primed and sprayed with a cabinet enamel. It is a separate line on the estimate because the process is different from walls.
We move and cover normal furniture as part of the job. Pianos, aquariums and anything that needs two strong backs and a plan we discuss ahead of time.
Yes. We handle the association paperwork, elevator reservation and hallway protection, and we work inside the building's allowed hours.
From our shop in Sunrise we cover the whole county. Same crews, same standard.
Call the shop or send the form. We come out, look at the rooms with you, help you pick finishes, and put everything in writing.
